Please note that returns are only accepted in cases where the item received is incorrect in size and does not fit as expected. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, color, or for any other reason outside of sizing issues. This policy is in place to ensure fair handling and to maintain the quality and integrity of each item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Please note: At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders (orders placed outside of our domestic shipping regions). We appreciate your understanding as we work toward expanding our return capabilities globally.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We recommend contacting our customer support team before sending your item back to confirm eligibility and receive instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
